What warranty policy do COMWAY products come with?
COMWAY fusion splicers and related instruments are covered by a standard manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms may vary by product and region, and accessories and consumables are covered for shorter periods. Please contact our sales team or your local distributor with your serial number to confirm the exact warranty coverage for your instrument.
How do I apply to become a COMWAY distributor?
We welcome new distribution partners worldwide. Please send your company profile, market coverage and product interests to info@comwaytek.com. Our export team will review your application and discuss cooperation terms, pricing and local support arrangements with you.
Does COMWAY provide OEM/ODM support?
