Splice quality starts with engineering. COMWAY designs its fusion splicers in-house, from the alignment systems and electrode control to the firmware that technicians use every day. Our manufacturing lines combine automated assembly with hands-on calibration, and every instrument is tested under conditions that mirror real fieldwork before it leaves the factory.
Continuous iteration keeps the range current: recent generations such as the C10S V2 and the C6S+ with its 5-inch touch screen reflect feedback from installation crews around the world.
User Support
Equipment is only as good as the support behind it. COMWAY provides training materials, video guidance and responsive technical assistance, so a question in the field gets an answer the same day. Spare electrodes, battery packs, stripper blades and other wear parts are kept available through our distribution network, keeping crews working without downtime.
